  • Pint in a Pub - Talbot, Tregaron Thursday 17 September 2026 19:00 Talbot

    From 7pm to 9pm: Our monthly Pint in a Pub social will take place in the Talbot in Tregaron

    This is the first day of Cask Ale Week (which runs from 17 to 27 September).

    We’ll be getting together in one of our longest-standing Good Beer Guide entries, the Talbot in Tregaron. The Talbot offers up to three cask ales, usually from Wales and the Borders, and they are planning to get some extra special beers in during Cask Ale Week.

  • Bae Ceredigion CAMRA AGM - 2pm Saturday 10 October 2026 14:00 Feathers Royal Hotel

    Bae Ceredigion CAMRA AGM in the Feathers Hotel, Aberaeron.

  • Pint in a Pub - Grosvenor, Cardigan Thursday 29 October 2026 Grosvenor

    From 7pm to 9pm: Our monthly Pint in a Pub social will take place in the Grosvenor, Cardigan. Cardigan is now within our branch area so this will be an opportunity to visit one the town’s pubs and socialise with local members.

  • Trip to Ludlow by train Saturday 21 November 2026 Aberystwyth

    Trains depart from Aberystwyth Option 1: 08.27 - 11.17 (direct) Option 2: 09.27 - 12.13 (25 min change at Shrewsbury).

    Draft outline of the pubs to visit. Times to follow.

    Ludlow Brewery Tap - 10-5pm. Former railway goods shed. Full range of Ludlow beers on tap. Bar snacks. Brewery tours available - £10.50 per head. Normally 2pm on a Saturday. In GBG.

    Rose & Crown. Joules pub. 11 - midnight. Ludlow’s oldest pub. Food available including sandwiches & snacks. 12-4pm. Joules range of beers. Possible lunch venue.

    Blood Bay - 12-9pm. Independent pub. Recreated Victorian pub. Three real ales - at least one from Uley. No mobile phones. In GBG.

    Old Street Tavern - 12-11pm. Independent pub. Wye Valley brewery plus guest ales.

    Dog Hangs Well - 5-9pm. Recreated Georgian style parlour pub - cash only no mobile phones. 3 changing real ales from a variety of brewers.

    Return train Option 1: 17.46 - 20.20 (direct) Option 2: 18.52 - 21.22 (8 min change at Shrewsbury).
